Romantic comedy presented with great success at Festival de Cannes. Nearly 200,000 daily meals prepared at home are delivered by the dabbawallahs to office workers' workplace in Bombay (Mumbai). A young woman neglected by her husband eager to please prepares a tasty lunch to win back his attention. She then entrusts her lunchbox to the large delivery service that serves all the businesses in the city. In the evening, she expects compliments from her husband that do not come. Actually, the lunchbox was accidentally given to a lonely man, close to retirement.
