Violoncelle Marc Coppey Quatuor Diotima
Presentation
Strasbourg is to be home to Quatuor Diotima for its upcoming chamber music concerts. True to the string quartet’s name and philosophy, the series will bring repertoire old and new to the stage. For their inaugural concert, Quatuor Diotima share the stage with cellist Marc Coppey to perform Schubert’s much-acclaimed String Quintet in C Major and the world premiere of a new piece for string quartet by Swedish composer Lisa Streich. Marc Coppey will also play Cello Suite No.3 in C Major by Bach, a perfect introduction to the luminous tonality of C major.
