Georg Friedrich Handel had a knack for creating rich mini dramas in his Italian cantatas or German lieder with just one or two voices. This Lyrical Break presents a hand-picked selection of them along with short compositions by a couple of his compatriots: Heinrich Schütz and the quintessential Jean-Sébastien Bach.
