A masterpiece inspired by the classic novel by Goethe, Massenet’s opera tells of the tragic story of Werther, hopelessly in love with the fair Charlotte. The opera returns to Alsace for an outstanding concert that sees a new star in the tenor constellation take on the titular role: Pene Pati.
