Presentation
As a champion of the performing arts, the Opéra national du Rhin regularly collaborates with the museums of Strasbourg and Colmar, either by offering musical or choreographic counterpoints to exhibitions or by bringing dance performances, concerts and workshops into the museums. This approach will continue in 2023-24. The multidisciplinary exhibition, In the Age of AIDS, presents four decades of visual art, literature, music, cinema and dance alongside scientific research, popular culture and the vital work of charities and community groups. Bruno Bouché has created a new work for the dancers of the OnR Ballet, loosely inspired by Mathieu Riboulet’s L’Amant des Morts.
