Véronique Girard tells stories and sings songs about the bright and colorful Russia of cheerful, chuckling old men but also of witches and burning desires. In the dark forest or in the deep ravines of a glass mountain, heroes discover and lose themselves. Beyond the realm of time, the Sun Girl is always there in her flaming dress. Véronique Girard lived in Russia for three years and learned the language. She sings traditional Slavic songs of enchanting beauty, accompanied by her guitar.
