Biography
Born in Sandy (United States), he began his musical studies with the piano at the age of four. He holds degrees in opera performance from Pacific Lutheran University, the Juilliard School, and the Curtis Institute of Music. He has been a frequent guest at the Aspen Summer Music Festival and School, as well as the Marlboro Chamber Music Festival. From 2014 to 2016 he was a member of the Opera Studio of the Zurich Opera House, where he sang the role of Medoro in Orlando Paladino. In 2015, he was a finalist in the Wigmore Hall International Song Competition. Since 2016 he has been a member of the Zurich troupe and has performed roles such as Pedrillo (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Graf Gustav von Pottenstein (The Land of Smiles),Tobias Ragg (Sweeney Todd) and Count Boni (Princess Czarda).
